IM BACK!

Well after a few weeks off, im back and better than ever.
Today I weighed myself and im still 10 stone 12 which I am very happy with :-)

My bench has arrived too, so this will allow me to do more exercises than I could before and hopefully get to my ideal weight of 10 stone.

Anyway onto today

  • Breakfast - Frosties with Semi skimmed milk
  • Dinner / Lunch - Half a tin of spaghetti, a tub of carrot sticks, a tub of fruit and 2 x yoghurts
  • Tea / Dinner - 2 x Chicken thighs, baby potatoes, carrots and sweetcorn with a pack of Galaxy Minstrels for dessert. 
I have changed my workout now. I am only going to do 8 exercises a session, this is because of time.
Along with this change I am upping the sets to 3 and also doing minimum of 20 reps on each set.
I have also dropped my weight to 10kg on each arm for dumbbells and 10kg on the bar for barbell.
My routine as below.
  • Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
  • Incline Dumbbell Fly
  • Decline Dumbbell Bench Press
  • Decline Dumbbell Fly
  • Shrugolas
  • Barbell Pullovers (Flat Bench)
  • Barbell Bench Press
  • Jacknife Situps with Weight
This is done for today. I passed all exercises on 10kg.
I will be back tomorrow with the usual Wednesday workout, but different exercises.
