- Dinner / Lunch - Half a tin of Spaghetti, a tub of carrots, a tub of fruit and 2 x Yoghurts
- Tea / Dinner - Lasagne
- Barbell Incline Shoulder press
- Barbell Upright Row
- Barbell Shrugs behind back
- Stood Barbell press behind head
- Mountain Climbers
- Overhead Squat
- Deadlift
- Jacknife Situps with Weight
I will have to monitor my performance on these.
