Thursday Post for Fridays Workout

Today i have done Fridays workout. Im unavailable tomorrow and so i did it today instead. Thats 3 days in a row i have done this now and it starting to take its toll (In a positive way)

Anyway what i have eaten
  • Breakfast - A bowl of Fruit & Fibre with semi skimmed milk
  • Dinner / Lunch - 2 x Cheese sandwiches, 1 tub of Carrot sticks, 1 tub of fruit and 2 x Yoghurts
  • Tea / Dinner - 2 x Eggs on Toast with cheese and a Tin of Rice Pudding for pudding. :-)
My tea was immense. :-) Awesome in fact. Loved it!


Anyway, onto the workout.
  • Hammer Curls
  • Forearm Curls
  • Dumbbell Bicep Curls
  • Bike Crunches
  • Tricep Dips
  • Ankle Taps
  • Jacknife Situps with weight
  • Barbell Curls
  • Incline Pressups
  • Diamond Hand Tricep Pressups
  • Leg Raises
I completed all these exercises on 12.5kg.
After my week off whilst im waiting for my new bench, i will be changing from 2 sets of everything to 3 and starting again from 5kg. I know i can do them, but its more about endurance.
Also i will be reviewing my workout routines, so soon you may notice some changes.
