With playing in a cup final on Friday I didnt get chance to do my workout so as a result, I have done both Fridays and Mondays workout today. I didnt keep them seperate, I mixed them into each other.
This helped with the resting and also made my workout run a bit smoother.
Ok so onto whats been eaten today.
- Breakfast - Fruit & Fibre with Whole Milk
- Dinner / Lunch - 2 x Fried Eggs on 2 x Toast
- Tea / Dinner - Lasagne then Jamaican Ginger Cake and Custard
Anyway onto the workout
As I was pushed for time, I decided to lose 2 exercises. I lost Concentration Curls and Supermen. Firstly the Supermen exercise were giving me a bad back so thats why I dropped those and concentration curls just bore me.

- Barbell Reverse Grip Bent Over - 17.5kg - ↑
- Bent Arm Dumbell Pullover - 15kg - ↑
- Dumbbell Fly - 15kg - ↑
- Leg Raises - 30 Reps - ↑
- Dumbbell Bench Press - 15kg - ↑
- Standard Situps - 30 Reps - ↑
- Pressups (Wide Grip) - 30 Reps - ↑
- Bent Over 2 Dumbbell Row - 15kg - ↑
- Crunches - 30 Reps - ↑
- 1 Arm Kettlebell Row - 15kg - ↑
- Ankle Taps - 30 Reps - ↑
- Hammer Curls - 15kg - X
- Tricep Dips - 30 Reps - ↑
- Dumbbell Curls - 12.5kg - ↑
- Pressups (Triangle Grip) - X
