Mondays Workout - On Tuesday


Due to playing football yesterday, i didnt have chance to do my workout, so i decided i would do it today instead.
Anyway, just a quick post today as im in a rush.
  • Below is what i have eaten today
  • Breakfast - 2 x NutriGrain bars
  • Dinner / Lunch - 1 Tin of Ravioli, 1 tub of carrot sticks, 1 tub of fruit and 2 x Yoghurts
  • Tea / Dinner - 2 x Chicken Legs, 1 x Chicken Thigh and chips 
Anyway onto the workout.

Quick overview of what i did...
  • Barbell Bench Press
  • Barbell Front Raises
  • Jacknife Situps with Weight
  • Dumbbell Bench Press
  • Dumbbell Fly
  • 1 Arm Kettlebell Row
  • Pressups
  • Barbell Reverse Grip Bent Over
  • Crunches
  • Ankle Taps
  • Incline Pressups 
Wednesday i will be doing Wednesdays workout and Thursday i will be doing Fridays workout.
All next week i will be having a week off because its starting to depress me that my bench hasnt arrived which was ordered in April. :-(
