Due to playing football yesterday, i didnt have chance to do my workout, so i decided i would do it today instead.
Anyway, just a quick post today as im in a rush.
- Below is what i have eaten today
- Breakfast - 2 x NutriGrain bars
- Dinner / Lunch - 1 Tin of Ravioli, 1 tub of carrot sticks, 1 tub of fruit and 2 x Yoghurts
- Tea / Dinner - 2 x Chicken Legs, 1 x Chicken Thigh and chips

- Jacknife Situps with Weight
- Dumbbell Bench Press
- Dumbbell Fly
- 1 Arm Kettlebell Row
- Pressups
- Barbell Reverse Grip Bent Over
- Crunches
- Ankle Taps
- Incline Pressups
All next week i will be having a week off because its starting to depress me that my bench hasnt arrived which was ordered in April. :-(
