I decided I would weigh myself today to see my progress. In October 2010 I weighed in at 12 stone 7. I now weigh an amazing
11 stone 2
I am very pleased with my results and can now see a physical difference in my body shape and in my fitness and stamina.
The thing I have changed the most is really not snacking. I havent really changed my eating habits, so the snacking must be the winner!Anyways onto today. I have eaten the following
- Breakfast - Rice Crispies with Full Fat Milk
- Dinner / Lunch - 2 x Tuna Mayo sandwiches, 1 tub of fruit, 1 tub of carrott sticks and 2 x yoghurts
- Tea / Dinner - Bacon, Liver, 2 x Eggs and Beans

Below is how I got on today. I used 15kg weights for all the exercises and did 30 reps for each of the exercise which dont require weights.
