Mondays Chest & Back - Week 3


 
After my week off due to illness, Idecided to make that my week off rather than this week.

I decided I would weigh myself today to see my progress. In October 2010 I weighed in at 12 stone 7. I now weigh an amazing
11 stone 2

I am very pleased with my results and can now see a physical difference in my body shape and in my fitness and stamina.
The thing I have changed the most is really not snacking. I havent really changed my eating habits, so the snacking must be the winner!

Anyways onto today. I have eaten the following
  • Breakfast - Rice Crispies with Full Fat Milk
  • Dinner / Lunch - 2 x Tuna Mayo sandwiches, 1 tub of fruit, 1 tub of carrott sticks and 2 x yoghurts
  • Tea / Dinner - Bacon, Liver, 2 x Eggs and Beans 
Now for the routine. This is how I got on the week before I was ill.

Barbell Bench Press
Barbell Front Raise and Pullover
Bent Arm Dumbbell Pullover
Dumbbell Fly
Dumbbell Bench Press
1 Arm Kettlebell Row
Press Ups
Bent Over 2 Dumbbell Row
Sit Ups
Barbell Reverse Grip Bent Over
Superman
Ankle Taps
Crunches

Below is how I got on today.  I used 15kg weights for all the exercises and did 30 reps for each of the exercise which dont require weights.

Barbell Bench Press
Barbell Front Raise and Pullover
Bent Arm Dumbbell Pullover
Dumbbell Fly
Dumbbell Bench Press
1 Arm Kettlebell Row
Press Ups
Bent Over 2 Dumbbell Row
Sit Ups
Barbell Reverse Grip Bent Over
Superman
Ankle Taps
Crunches
