Hello everyone
Today I have been at work and as a result, I haven’t been able to snack as I have been too busy. :-)
The food I have eaten today is as follows
- Breakfast – 1 x Apple Nutri Grain Bar and 1 x Strawberry Nutri Grain Bar
- Dinner / Lunch – Fish Pie, A tub of Carrot Sticks and a medium sized tub of fruit
- Tea / Dinner – Chicken Breast Fajitas
As you can see I am trying to have something fairly healthy for breakfast every morning. This is a bit of a struggle as I wake up too late, but I haven’t missed this week.
Anyway onto the workout
Today’s routine is back and legs
Once again I will leave all my weights on 10kg and try and do 20 good reps with good technique. If I achieve this, next week I will up the weight or if it doesn’t require a weight, I will up the reps.
- Alternate Hang Clean X
- Barbell front raise ↑
- Barbell Shoulder press front ↑
- Barbell Shoulder press back ↑
- Dumbbell Shrugs ↑
- Dumbbell Shoulder press ↑
- Rear Deltoid Row ↑
- Dumbbell Lunge X
- Seated Side Lats X
- Dumbbell Step Ups ↑
- 90 90 Hamstring Leg Ups ↑
- Ankle Taps ↑
- Press ups ↑
- Sit ups ↑
That’s all for today!
I will be upping my weights in the Friday session for the exercises I did more than 20 reps.
