Hi everyone.
I hope that you all had a very nice Easter and that you haven't overdone it with the Easter Eggs?
Once again its a Bank Holiday, meaning I can have a lie in and start my workout earlier than 6pm.
Today we went for a nice walk in the park this afternoon before coming back to do my workout and then having Tea.
Below is what I have eaten today
- Breakfast - Porridge
- Dinner / Lunch - Pea & Ham Soup with 3 slices of bread
- Tea / Dinner - Fish Pie with a small amount of Vegetables
I havent had very many snacks today. The snacks I have had has mainly been chocolate but that's meant to be good for you (Apparently)
Anyways my workout for today...
Today I will be doing Chest and Back
- Barbell Bench Press ↑
- Barbell Front Raise and Pullover ↑
- Bent Arm Dumbbell Pullover ↑
- Dumbbell Fly ↑
- Dumbbell Bench Press ↑
- Press Ups ↑
- Barbell Reverse Grip Bent Over ↑
- Bent Over 2 Dumbbell Row ↑
- 1 Arm Kettlebell Row ↑
- Superman ↑
- Sit Ups ↑
- Ankle Taps ↑
As discussed in the previous post I will start my weights at 10kg and will do 2 sets of each exercise. I will not set a target amount of reps to do but if I can do 20 then next week I will increase the weight.
